Minister Mokgethi Applauds BOSETU

Minister Hon Annah Mokgethi has praised BOSETU for ensuring that they embrace dialogue and consultation.

“Participation in conference presents yet another opportunity to nurture the spirit of consultation and social dialogue between the governmemt and the social partners,” she said.

She further noted that the ministry has a role in ensuring that the relationship between employers and employees become harmonious and progressive.

“The mandate of my ministry is to ensure industrious harmonious relations in the country.We should work as a collective, not opponents.”

Minister Mokgethi was officiating at the BOSETU Annual Conference under the theme “Our Union-Elevating our profession, defending democracy”
