- Tenderers who are domiciled in Botswana, be registered with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority(PPRA) in order to be considered for the award

- Site Visit & clarification meeting: A compulsory pre-tender meeting and site visit with representatives from both the Procuring Entity and Tenderer will take place as follows:
